My Methodology
Discovery & Direction
I start by figuring out what actually needs to be done and why. That means understanding the goals, the people involved, and what success looks like up front, so everyone's moving in the same direction and there are no surprises later.
Planning & Coordination
This is where I focus on keeping things organized and moving. I break work into manageable pieces, coordinate contributors, and make decisions when priorities shift. My job here is to keep momentum without overcomplicating things.
Launch & Improvements
Once something is live, the work doesn't stop. I pay attention to feedback, how people are using it, and what's not working, then make adjustments over time. The goal is steady improvement and a project that holds up long term, not a rushed release.
